Grammy-nominated and Emmy Award-winning songwriters, Brad and
Brett have earned 10 No. 1 hits and written dozens of charting songs recorded by some of the biggest names in music. Their songwriting credits include cuts by Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Keith Urban, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Dierks Bentley, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton and many others.
Before becoming two of Nashville’s most sought-after songwriters, The Warren Brothers launched their career as recording artists, releasing multiple albums and building a reputation for their raw musicianship, brotherly chemistry and fearless sense of humor. That artist background became an important part of their songwriting success, giving them an instinctive understanding of what makes a song connect both on record and from the stage.

Kat Higgins
From Vancouver, Canada, Kat Higgins grew up singing Irish folk music with her siblings at local fairs and St. Patrick’s Day parties. Throughout her teen years, the family band had success at Canadian country radio and toured full-time. Kat’s love of songwriting drew her to Nashville and after the band broke up, she began writing for other artists. She has written songs recorded by Kenny Chesney, Cody Johnson, Carrie Underwood, Carly Pearce, The Lone Bellow and more.
The BMG-published songwriter celebrated her first number one song at country radio with Kenny Chesney’s “Knowing You” and her second number one song with Cody Johnson’s “The Painter”. Both songs were nominated for ACM Song of the Year and “The Painter” won NSAI’s Song of the Year award in 2024. Apart from writing, Kat has been working on her own album which is being produced by Kenny Chesney and Buddy Cannon, set to be released next year.
Dan Alley
Singer-songwriter Dan Alley was 21 years old when he left his hometown of
Miamisburg, Ohio to become a full-time Country musician. Alley grew up
surrounded by music – his parents, both talented vocalists, and his sister, a
bluegrass singer/songwriter and instrumentalist – it was no surprise that Alley
picked up the guitar at age 9 and hasn’t put it down since. By 18, Alley was
playing nearly every night at local bars after working a full-time job. Realizing
his heart was more in performing and writing than in his 9-to-5, he decided to
pack his bags and move to Nashville, Tennessee to make his dreams a reality.
Influenced early on by the likes of Hank Jr., Merle Haggard, and Keith Whitley,
Alley’s artistry blends the familiarity of traditional Country with a modern yet
timeless feel. As a songwriter, Alley has landed cuts with artists such as
Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs, Luke Bryan, Joe Nichols, Jon Pardi, Braxton
Keith, Hudson Westbrook, and more. Dan has also penned three #1 singles on
the Texas Country radio chart, and most recently three #1 singles at country radio
with Luke Bryan’s “Country Song Came On,” Hudson Westbrook’s “House
Again,” and Luke Combs’ “Be By You.” Dan continues to write and record in
Nashville, Tennessee and is a staff songwriter at River House Artists.
Sam Banks
Sam Banks is a rising country artist and songwriter known for heartfelt lyrics, authentic storytelling, and a sound that bridges traditional country with a modern edge. Raised outside Kansas City, Banks found his love for country music early, honing his craft on the road and performing at venues across the country. Inspired by legends like Merle Haggard and Dean Dillon, he delivers songs grounded in honesty, grit, and real-life experience.
A pivotal moment in Banks’ career came through working with Craig Morgan, an opportunity that gave him a firsthand look at the heart of the country music industry. One of his career highlights was performing at the Grand Ole Opry alongside Morgan – an experience that helped shape both his perspective and his sound. Since then, Banks has shared the stage with artists including Trace Adkins, Thomas Rhett, Zac Brown, Gary LeVox, Jelly Roll, Jimmy Fortune, and members of the Hank Williams Jr. family.
As a songwriter, Banks has quickly built an impressive catalog. His recent cuts include #1 song "Be By You" recorded by Luke Combs, "Bartender in Destin" by Riley Green, along with songs recorded by Craig Morgan, Matt Lang, Josh Ward, William Michael Morgan, and a Texas No. 1 hit for Jake Bush.
In 2026, Banks signed a publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group. He released his debut single, “Who’s Teachin’ Who,” in 2024, followed by “Rollin’ Stone,” further establishing himself as one of country music’s emerging voices. With a sound rooted in authenticity and storytelling, Sam Banks is carving out his own lane – letting the songs speak for themselves.
